Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Fellowship AI ("we," "us") handles information in connection with our automation consulting services and this website. It is written to be read, not to hide behind. For how we secure and govern data inside an engagement, see our Data Security and Data Governance pages.

/1.0Information We Collect

  • Information you give us: name, business name, email, phone, and the details you share when you submit our application form, email us, or work with us.
  • Client operational data: when you engage us, you authorize access to systems (such as CRMs, email, and accounting tools) so we can build and run automations. We process this data as your service provider, on your instructions.
  • Website data: standard server logs and security data via our hosting and CDN providers, plus advertising and analytics data collected through the tools described under "Advertising & Analytics" below.

/2.0How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and scope potential engagements.
  • To deliver our services: building, deploying, and operating automations for you.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve our systems and this website.
  • To meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data to train AI models. See our AI Usage & Ethics page.

/3.0Advertising & Analytics

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure the performance of those ads and reach relevant audiences, this website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. These tools may collect standard event data, such as pages viewed, actions taken on this site, IP address, and device or browser information, and share it with Meta Platforms, Inc., which processes it under its own Data Policy. We use this only to understand and improve our advertising, never to identify you personally beyond what those platforms already hold.

You can control this collection through your Meta ad preferences, your browser's cookie settings, or industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance. Blocking these tools does not affect your ability to use this site.

/4.0How We Share Information

We share data only with the sub-processors required to deliver the service, for example AI providers, hosting, and the platforms you connect. Our current sub-processor list is published on our Data Governance page. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not share your data for others' marketing.

/5.0Data Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, apply least-privilege access controls, and store credentials and tokens encrypted. Full detail is on our Data Security page.

/6.0Data Retention & Deletion

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, and we delete or return client data on offboarding. Retention by data type is documented on our Data Governance page.

/7.0Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us. For GDPR- or CCPA-exposed clients, a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

/8.0Children

Our services and site are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

/9.0Changes

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date, and we'll notify active clients of changes that affect them.
