Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and isn't allowed when using the Fellowship AI website, and when using systems, workflows, and AI agents we build, deploy, or operate for you. It supplements our Terms of Service, which governs if the two conflict. Specific engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work, which controls if it conflicts with either.
/1.0General Use
You may use this site and any systems we deliver for lawful purposes only, consistent with their intended business function. Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer until reflected in a signed agreement.
/2.0Prohibited Conduct
Whether on this website or on any system we build, deploy, or operate for you, you agree not to:
- Test or probe without authorization. Do not run penetration tests, vulnerability scans, or security research against our infrastructure or any system we operate without our prior written authorization. If you've found something and want to report it responsibly, see our security.txt or email support@fellowshipautomation.com, we welcome good-faith reports.
- Scrape or harvest without authorization. Do not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from this site or from systems we operate beyond what your engagement authorizes.
- Attempt to bypass access controls. Do not attempt to circumvent authentication, authorization, rate limits, or other technical controls on any system we operate.
- Resell or redistribute access. Do not resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide third parties access to systems, automations, or credentials we've delivered to you, beyond what your Statement of Work permits.
- Misuse connected third-party platforms. Do not use the integrations we build (CRMs, email, accounting tools, and similar) in a way that violates that platform's own terms of service. You're responsible for your own standing with the platforms you connect; we build within the access you authorize.
- Introduce malicious code. Do not upload, transmit, or introduce malware, exploits, or any code intended to disrupt or damage our systems or systems we operate for you.
- Misuse forms or automated correspondence. Do not submit fraudulent, abusive, or automated spam submissions through our application form or any system we deliver.
- Use our systems to harm others. Do not use any automation, agent, or workflow we build to harass, defraud, discriminate against, or unlawfully surveil any person.
/3.0Engagement-Specific Use
When we build and operate automations on your behalf, you remain responsible for how your organization uses them day to day, including keeping your own use consistent with this policy and with the terms of any platform you've connected. Where our AI Usage & Ethics commitments call for human review of an action, that review is your responsibility to maintain once systems are handed over, unless your Statement of Work says otherwise.
/4.0Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict access to this site or to a system we operate if we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, and we'll tell you why. For an active engagement, remedies and termination are governed by the Statement of Work; this AUP describes conduct standards, it doesn't override those contractual terms.
/5.0Reporting a Problem
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, a policy violation, or misuse of a system we operate, tell us. See security.txt for our disclosure process, or email support@fellowshipautomation.com directly.
/6.0Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date.
